EAN was created as a laboratory of ideas and opportunities, where public and private operators can meet and confront themselves with decision makers of European Institutions.

Environment, Culture, Health, Technology are some of the issues on which study opportunities are created.

Two training actions are considered preparatory to these laboratories for people who have never worked in this field:
    - course in European project design

    - course in European public procurement
      (the calendar will soon be available)
    - New Grundtvig courses (calendar)
